This policy describes how Stallion Construction & Manufacturing
("Stallion", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you use the
Stallion CM mobile application for Android and iOS.

Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, and authentication identifiers from Google Sign-In or email verification.
- Project data: design preferences, questionnaire answers, reference photos, messages, documents, payment schedule visibility, and weekly site reports related to your Stallion project.
- Device data: push notification tokens, device platform, and basic app diagnostics needed to deliver notifications.
- Usage data: timestamps and in-app actions needed to operate the service, enforce permissions, and maintain an audit trail for financial or legal records.
How we use information
- Provide the client and staff experience for design, construction, communication, documents, and project updates.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls.
- Send project-related notifications such as weekly reports, messages, and payment reminders.
- Maintain records required for contracts, approvals, payments, and dispute prevention.
- Improve reliability, security, and support.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that help us run the app, including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Google (sign-in), and Expo (push notification delivery).
- Stallion staff and contractors who need access to deliver your project, subject to permission controls.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, operate your project,
meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Some contractual, financial, and communication
records may be retained after account deletion where required by law or legitimate business needs.
Security
Access is enforced with authenticated accounts and database-level authorization rules.
Sensitive files are stored in private storage buckets with signed access links.
Your choices
- You can sign out of the app at any time.
- You can manage payment reminder preferences in the Payments area when available to your account stage.
- You can request account deletion in the app account menu or at our account deletion page.

Children
The app is intended for adults participating in a Stallion design or construction engagement. It is not directed to children under 13.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We use providers with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on our website.
