You can request deletion of your Stallion CM account and associated personal data. This page satisfies Google Play's account-deletion requirement for users who no longer have the app installed.

Delete from the app (recommended)

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@stallion-cm.com from the address tied to your account. Include:

• Your full name
• The email address used to sign in
• Your phone number, if you provided one in the app
• A clear statement that you want your Stallion CM account deleted

What we delete

When we process a valid request, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, including:

• Authentication credentials and profile details
• Guest intake drafts and preferences that are not yet part of a contracted project record
• Push notification device tokens
• Private uploads stored only for your personal account where deletion is technically possible

What we may retain

We may retain certain records when required by law or legitimate business needs, including:

• Signed contracts, financial records, and payment evidence tied to an active or completed project
• Immutable project messages, approvals, and audit logs needed for dispute prevention
• Security, fraud-prevention, and backup records for a limited period

Staff accounts

Company staff accounts are removed by a Stallion administrator. Email support@stallion-cm.com if you are a former staff member.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm identity before processing a request.
